Hiiii! I’m Mercedes :)

I’ve been in the fitness world for almost a decade, coaching both one-on-one and small group classes, and I love helping people feel strong and confident in their bodies. I love helping people get stronger, leaner, and more confident, and I make sure our sessions are something you’ll actually enjoy and look forward to coming back to.

When I am not in the gym, you can usually find me hitting up a tapas spot with my best friends, enjoying a run in the park, or getting totally lost in a good fiction novel (sucker for romance). I also have 2 cats, my little fur besties, who I love having a self care night with, hehe.

My style? Smart, intentional training that’s actually fun and fits into real life. I want every person I work with to leave feeling proud, capable, and genuinely excited to come back.
